Dr. Scott A. Anderson grew up in Dothan, AL.   While attending undergraduate school, he  was  inducted into The Gamma Beta Phi National Honor Socitey in 1997. After recieving his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1999 from The University of Alabama at Birmingham,  Dr. Anderson was selected to attend the University of Alabama at Birmingham's School of Dentistry.  As a leader in dental school, he served as class Vice President and President.  Dr. Anderson also was awarded for his work in bio-material research as a sophmore in dental school, and went on to present his research at the 2002  International Association of Dental Research Convention in San Diego, California.  Scott was also awarded The United States AirForce Health Profession Scholarship.  After graduating  dental school in 2004 Scott was commisioned as a Captain in the United States AirForce and served as a dentist and Infection Control Officer for the 81st Dental Squadron at Keesler AirForce in Biloxi, MS from 2004-2007.  As a dentist at Keesler Dr. Anderson was awarded Dental Officer of the Year in 2006.  Thru constant continuing education Dr. Anderson stays current on the latest trends and technology in the ever changing world of Dentistry.  Scott is a member of the University of Alabama School of Dentisty Alumni Association, Uninversity of Alabama At Birmingham Alumni Association, Birmingham District Dental Society, Alabama Dental Association, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Dental Association
