He kept two goals in mind: taking care of Barrington area residents' indoor comfort and their all around safety. As time went on, Frank was joined in business by his son Ken, and his son-in-law, Greg. They continued for many years to operate the business as a family. Barrington Heating & Air Conditioning is still a family owned company. Greg Cole, Frank Brainerd's son-in-law is the current President. Greg's main focus continues to follow what Frank's main focuses were in 1967.
