General Information

Rosie's BBQ Grillery, since 1985, has provided classic American-style meals throughout Southern California. The Southwestern-style grillery began as a barbeque restaurant with a well-stocked, all-you-can-eat salad bar, with all the menu items made from scratch. Every recipe Rosie's used has been tried and tested over many years. Its slow roasted tri-tip, baby back ribs, and chicken are specialty entrees. Rosie's side dishes include shredded onions, homemade potato chips, mesquite grilled fresh vegetables, ranch beans, and over 100 salads made in its kitchen. All dressings and sauces are made at the restaurant and are the unique ingredient in many of the salads. Over the years, Rosie's has expanded to provide cate********* dinner. In 2005, at the largest event Rosies's ever catered, the grillery served more than 4,600 people. Rosie's BBQ Grillery has two locations in Southern California, Valencia and Northridge, Calif.
