About Stephen’s Auto Body Stephen’s Auto Body & Towing has been operating in the city of Melrose since 1984. We have been located at 140 Tremont Street since 1994, and have grown since then. We are located just outside the center of Melrose, opposite the sports facilities of Melrose High School. Stephens Auto Body Team Stephen's Auto Body & Towing was an active member of the Melrose community, contributing in many ways, from helping towing tanks in a local parade to transporting equipment for community associations. Whenever the opportunity arose, Stephen’s Auto Body & Towing was available. The size of our facilities also allowed us to revive one of the city's aging firefighters, with some hard work and fresh paint, this vehicle was able to serve the community again. Owner Stephen Longmuir is a permanent resident of the city of Melrose. With deep roots and strong ties to the community, Stephen chose Melrose as a place of residence for his family and his business. With experience in the automotive industry for over 30 years, Steve knows how important SERVICE and QUALITY are. Scott Longmuir is the owner of Stephen’s second generation. He has always been a resident of Melrose and has worked with his father and the business for over 14 years. He started here as a tow truck driver and has evolved over the years to become his current position as facilities manager. Scott oversees daily production and ensures that Stephen’s Auto Body continues to build strong relationships with the Melrose community. Bill Giles has over 35 years of experience in the auto body repair industry as general manager of Stephen’s Auto Body. Growing up in Melrose and graduating from Melrose High, he truly appreciates Stephen's long-standing connection to the Melrose community. Bill oversees all of the facility's operations and is motivated by exceptional customer service and excellent job opportunities.
