Adair Family Restaurants is a family-owned, Houston-based restaurant group that opened its first restaurant, Skeeters Mesquite Grill, in 1988. Over the past 22 years, Skeeter's expanded with five other locations around Houston. In 2000, Adair Family Restaurants acquired one of Houston's oldest Tex-Mex establishments, Los Tios Mexican Restaurant.
